I am so proud of Prime Minister Rudd for taking a stand and pointing out China's role in human rights atrocities in Tibet. The situation has long disgusted me as has their role in abducting (protective custody my a*$#!) the panchen lama, the world's youngest political abductee at 6 years old.
Kevin Rudd's willingness to speak out against what is morally wrong and determination to resolve these wrongs is restoring Australia's collective identity as a fair and honest people.
Being Australian is starting to have some meaning again.
