The new National Fuel Watch Scheme may be OK for those people in populated areas but, for those in rural areas limited to only one or two outlets, this does little. Yes, the world price for crude oil does fluctuate but the bowser price need not immediately rise; i.e. there must be a lag period.
Maybe the bottom line of the oil companies needs to be controlled.
