Achieving PB

I refer to the article: New healthcare taskforce.
This is a great idea. Due to my chest infection, asthma and breathing difficulties, I went to the RNSH Emergency Department on Monday and spent 4 days in Ward 8C. I noticed, despite all the recent headline news, RNSH is still the best hospital. The true picture is that these highly dedicated and skilled doctors and nurses saved many lives, including mine.
They are working under difficult conditions: under funding and under staff+negative media report, but still they are achieving their PB.
